At Amulya Pustaka, we are committed to providing genuine and high-quality books to readers across Karnataka and India. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

✅ Eligible Cases for Refund

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following situations:

📕 Damaged Books Received

📘 Incorrect Book Delivered

📕 Damaged Books

If you receive a damaged book, please share clear photos or a short video within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or customer support. After verification, we will arrange a replacement copy.

📘 Wrong Book Delivered

If an incorrect book is delivered, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will help arrange return support and dispatch the correct book.

If the correct book is urgently required, customers may place a fresh order. Once the incorrect book is returned and verified, the amount for that book will be refunded.

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

No refunds for change of mind

No refunds after delivery acceptance

No refunds for incorrect orders placed by customers

🛍️ Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Eligible prepaid orders will receive a full refund.

Once order processing or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible. Customers can still contact our support team for assistance in exceptional cases.
